Who can I refer?
Any financial services firm — private equity, hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, or advisory firms — that may have hiring needs for operational or support roles.
When do I get paid?
The $5,000 fee is paid once we successfully place a candidate with the firm you referred. We'll keep you updated on progress throughout.
Will the firm know I referred them?
Yes. We reach out personally, mentioning your name and your introduction. It's a warm approach — not a cold call.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. You can refer as many firms as you like. Each successful placement earns a separate $5,000 fee.
