Senior Executive Assistant

I've been retained by the CEO of one of the world's leading technology companies to identify a Senior Executive Assistant in Austin, Texas.

This is one of the most significant Executive Assistant opportunities currently in the market, supporting a CEO who is widely considered one of the most impactful leaders of our time. 

The firm operates at the cutting edge of technology and sits at the heart of the AI ecosystem, powering hyperscalers, data centres and global enterprises. Valued in excess of $800bn, it is one of the most defining companies of the AI era.

This role will focus almost exclusively on the CEO’s most important asset; time. 

I'd put this role firmly in the 'readiness' category of the Office of the CEO. You'll be responsible for the who, what, where and why of the principal's business life, regularly coordinating with OCEO functions representing leaders such as Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg and others, as well as planning complex global travel involving private aviation, extensive security and multi-leg international itineraries.

You'll need the judgement to operate alongside Chief of Staff-level stakeholders, understanding the broader context of the Office of the CEO, shifting priorities and sensitive strategic initiatives, while remaining focused on enabling rather than driving strategic decision-making. 

Your role is to ensure the CEO is consistently prepared, informed and able to operate at maximum effectiveness - not to own strategy, but to enable it.
